Payment information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, send alerts and notifications, process payments, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations.

Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure located in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) region. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and at rest using AES-256 encryption. We implement industry-standard security measures including regular security assessments, access controls, and monitoring.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform (e.g., AWS for hosting, Stripe for payments, AWS SES/SNS for notifications). These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
